There is no maximum number for a private workshop.

We don't know final numbers yet, does that matter?

If you want to secure the date but you don't have final numbers, just give us your best preliminary numbers for the deposit so we can get you in the diary.

When it comes to paying the balance you can amend the final numbers.

How do I reserve my preferred date?

The date and time is not reserved until the non refundable deposit of £5pp has been paid.

What are the options for the workshop venue?

We have our own creative studio in the heart of Edinburgh (EH7 5DL) which can host up to 12 participants.

We can also travel to a venue of your choice, whether that is a bar, restaurant or somewhere you are staying.

If we are having the workshop at your venue can we bring drinks?

Yes of course. Please feel free to bring drinks and snacks with you. We have wine glasses and a fridge you can use.

Tea and coffee with be provided if required.

If we are having the workshop at another venue, who books the venue?

Accepted Answer

You do.

The venue could be somewhere you are spending another part of the day, having lunch or drinks etc.

Please liaise with your chosen venue and check that it is ok with them before finalising your booking with us.

Can all of the workshop types be held in a bar/restaurant setting?

Most of the workshops can be held anywhere but some require specialist equipment or running water etc.

Have a chat with us about your preferred workshop and we'll always try and accommodate.

Can you run workshops outside of Edinburgh?

Yes absolutely. A travel fee may apply.

Do you charge a travel fee for workshops in venues in Edinburgh?

There is no travel fee for venues within Edinburgh.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel at any point up until 2 weeks before.

If you cancel within 14 days of the event you will be liable to pay half of the total fee.

The deposit is non refundable.

We can run private workshops for any event. Whether that is a birthday party, baby shower, hen party, team building, away day or just a friends and family meet up.

Do you offer online workshops or party packs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, some of the activities are suitable for online workshops. The box of materials will be sent out prior to the workshop.

We can also offer DIY faux flower crown party packs for you do at home.
