About The Event
In this workshop you will learn how to design and make your own lampshade.
Start by creating your own lino cut motif, using traditional lino cutting techniques. Then use your handmade stamp to print a stunning one/two colour repeating textile design.
Finally we will turn your fabric into a 20x20cm lampshade, suitable for either a table or ceiling lamp fitting and sure to brighten up any room.
Although not necessary do feel free to bring with you some ideas and inspiration for you lino stamp.
