The minimum number of participants in 4 people.
There is no maximum number for a private workshop.
If you want to secure the date but you don't have final numbers, just give us your best preliminary numbers for the deposit so we can get you in the diary.
When it comes to paying the balance you can amend the final numbers.
The date and time is not reserved until the non refundable deposit of £5pp has been paid.
The balance is due two weeks before the event.
We have our own creative studio in the heart of Edinburgh (EH7 5DL) which can host up to 12 participants.
We can also travel to a venue of your choice, whether that is a bar, restaurant or somewhere you are staying.

Yes of course. Please feel free to bring drinks and snacks with you. We have wine glasses and a fridge you can use.
Tea and coffee with be provided if required.

The venue could be somewhere you are spending another part of the day, having lunch or drinks etc.
Please liaise with your chosen venue and check that it is ok with them before finalising your booking with us.
Most of the workshops can be held anywhere but some require specialist equipment or running water etc.

Yes absolutely. A travel fee may apply.
There is no travel fee for venues within Edinburgh.
You can cancel at any point up until 2 weeks before.
If you cancel within 14 days of the event you will be liable to pay half of the total fee.
The deposit is non refundable.

Yes, some of the activities are suitable for online workshops. The box of materials will be sent out prior to the workshop.
